Dear St. Matthew Hockey Club Members,
Our AGM has been scheduled for May 16th at 12:00pm. The meeting agenda is attached to this email for your review and includes the meeting minutes from last year’s AGM (see Appendix A in the agenda). As per SMHSC Bylaws Article 6.1.4, the attendance of at least 25 members is required for the AGM to proceed. We kindly encourage all members to participate in the upcoming AGM.
Interested in joining the Board of Directors? There are 14 positions up for election this year! These including the following: President, Vice President of Administration & Secretary, Treasurer, Registrar, U7 Director (Timbits), U9 Director (Novice), U11 Director (Atom), U13 Director (Peewee), Communications Coordinator, Equipment Manager, Apparel Coordinator, Special Events Coordinator, Casino (Fundraising) Coordinator, and Bingo Coordinator.
The Vice-President Operations and Ice Allocator positions are not up for election until 2022.
